Courier Exchange is totally impartial, and favours neither ‘buyer’ nor 'seller'.

We strongly believe that this is the single most important requirement for running an effective and honest freight exchange.

No Commission

We work on a pre-paid subscription basis – there are no commissions payable or transaction charges with Courier Exchange.

The rate you agree is the rate you receive or pay.

Unlike many contracts, which can be a little confusing, we have designed our subscriptions to be transparent and easy to choose depending on your business, with simple upgrade opportunities as your business grows.

Courier Exchange is a large network which is underpinned by confidence and trust.

Confidence in that we provide our members with an honest and effective service, and trust in that your trading partners will perform to the same standards that you would expect of your own operatives.

We expect all members to behave in a professional manner when dealing with each others consignments, and are reminded of our strict Code of Conduct.

No Recommendations

Your data is handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, and we make no recommendations in favour of any single Courier Exchange member.
