Document Checks / Approval

Corporate responsibility is our top priority in protecting our members.

Before joining the Courier Exchange, all new subscribers must provide documentary evidence and compliancy, including a Goods in Transit policy and/or CMR vehicle insurance policies that cover carriage of 3rd party goods, plus Operators Licence and VAT Certificate (if applicable) and any other insurance certificates as applicable e.g. Public & Employers Liability

No Public Please, We’re Trade Only

Membership is exclusive to experienced bona fide transport companies only.

No end-users, manufacturers or sales reps are allowed to join or access your information.

We generally don’t accept applications to join from new start-up businesses unless a solid understanding of the business can be demonstrated and are properly resourced as the onus is on you to generate work from the exchange.

Courier Exchange should be seen as an invaluable tool as part of your overall existing business strategy, complimenting other aspects of your marketing and operational plans.

Rating System

If you’ve ever used a trade platform like eBay, you’ll understand how important it is to know who you are doing business with.

Our rating system is transparent and objective. Once a new freight exchange subscriber has gone live on our system, they have the opportunity to earn stars through recommendation from fellow couriers who they have worked with in some capacity.

Rating submissions are validated by us personally to weed out 'tit for tat' submissions, and comments will be followed-up privately.
